1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Makeadvertisment ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Makeadvertisment provides AI-powered tools for generating user-generated content (UGC) style video advertisements. This includes AI creator selection, script generation, and video rendering.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Create deepfakes or deceptive content impersonating real individuals without consent
  • Generate adult, violent, or hate speech content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images and descriptions you upload. You are granted a license to use the AI-generated videos and scripts for your marketing and advertising purposes. Makeadvertisment retains ownership of the underlying AI models and platform technology.

6. Payment & Credits

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Makeadvertisment is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
