1. Overview
At Makeadvertisment, we strive to deliver high-quality AI-generated UGC videos. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be granted for credit purchases and subscriptions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Technical failures: If our system fails to generate a video due to a platform error (not user error), and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
- Subscription cancellation within 7 days: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
- Significant service outage: If the Platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing credits or a subscription
- You used credits to generate videos or scripts
- The output did not meet your subjective creative expectations (AI output quality is clearly previewed before purchase)
- You violated our Terms & Conditions, resulting in account suspension
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards, promotional credits, or bonus credits
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@makeadvertisment.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are not refunded except under the conditions in Section 2.
6. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional or bonus credits may expire as specified in the promotion. Expired credits are not refundable.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. For major changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
